4 Day Killer Veggie Cleanse – Day 0 – Prep

I was challenged by my friend Arlen from Fitness Town this week to do a 4 day veggie cleanse.

The challenge is to eat only vegetables for 4 days straight.

I went out today and purchased $50 worth of vegetables and here is the plan.

Breakfast/Snacks
Raw Vegetables (see pic)

Lunch
Salad Mix with Vinegar or Lemon Juice as dressing.

Dinner
Vegetable Stir Fry with soy sauce to season.

Why are you doing this?

For the last 3 weigh-ins I have lost a lot of weight and my fat ratio has dropped dramatically. The problem I am seeing is my visceral fat has not changed.

Doing this cleanse with almost 0 fat should help me with kick starting my metabolism and burning the visceral fat.

As this challenge is not going to be easy I am going to blog about it here for the 4 days with my observations.

Can you join in?Like anything it is easier to do things when others are doing it with you. If you want to join in leave a message or follow me on twitter and send me a tweet.

This is my daily breakfast and snacks portion. I have 1 for each day.

It consists of….

Carrots
Celery
Cauliflower
Radish
Cherry Tomatoes
Green Pepper
Cucumbers
