If you were following a long last week I did a 4 day Veggie Cleanse and it was rough. This week I am going to try an all new cleanse. I am calling it the 4 day shake it up cleanse.
For 4 days from sun up to sun down I will only drink protein shakes. These shakes will contain organic yogurt, whey powder, juice and fruit. You can see pictures of the contents I will need to make it bellow…

I will be drinking 6 a day which will bring my calorie count to 1374 a day.

You can't cure STUPID!





It looks great, but the carbs are way too high for me as a diabetic to do 6 a day. Carbs turn to sugar, which doesn’t do me any good.

The juice I picked was pretty high carb.
For example if you were to go with Welch’s Grape juice it would have 2.5g of protein per shake. Another low carb option would be tomato juice.
